Garlic powder to taste
Salt as desired
1/3 cup of soy sauce
brown sugar, 1/3 cup
water, 1/3 cup
Vegetable oil, 1/4 cup
Method
Salt, garlic powder, and lemon pepper are used to season salmon fillets.
Brown sugar, water, vegetable oil, and soy sauce should all be combined in a small bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Put the fish and the soy sauce mixture in a large plastic bag that can be sealed, then flip to coat. Put in the fridge for at least two hours.
Set the grill’s temperature to medium.
Grates should be lightly oiled. After discarding the marinade, place the salmon on the prepared grill. Salmon should be cooked for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until fork-tender.
